web-starter.ro is operated by FVI SERVICES SRL, tax ID RO36607390, J35/2729/06.10.2016, registered office Timișoara, jud. Timiș, Timișoara, Romania. You can contact us at contact@web-starter.ro or 0766 472 462.

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), project type, rough budget and message. The hosting server automatically records the IP address, date and time of access and the visited page in standard server logs, kept for 30 days.

3. Why we use it

Form data is used exclusively to answer your request and send you a quote. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, later, the performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b)). We do not send newsletters and do not use the data for marketing without your explicit consent.

4. How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and then according to legal archiving obligations (10 years for accounting documents).

5. Who we share it with

Data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider in the European Union and in the company mailbox. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing. We may disclose it to authorities only when required by law.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site does not use tracking cookies and does not load third-party analytics scripts. The only technical data stored in the browser is what is strictly necessary for the page to work.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP). For any request, write to contact@web-starter.ro. We reply within 30 days.
