web-starter.ro belongs to FVI SERVICES SRL, tax ID RO36607390, J35/2729/06.10.2016. The "WebStarter" brand is used for the company's web development services.

2. Site content

The information on this site, including prices shown as "from", is informative and does not constitute a contractual offer. The final price is set by written quote and contract. Prices shown exclude VAT.

3. Portfolio

Portfolio projects are shown with the clients' consent. Trademarks and company names mentioned belong to their owners. Screenshots illustrate our work and may not be reproduced without consent.

4. Intellectual property

The design, copy and code of this site belong to FVI SERVICES SRL. For client projects, rights to the delivered code are transferred to the client according to the contract.

5. Limitation of liability

We make efforts to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but do not guarantee it is error-free. We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Timișoara, Romania.
