Dribling 67
B2B portal with catalogue, quote builder, orders and automatic PDF generation

Quote requests arrive by email, supplier invoices as PDFs, orders over chat, and someone copies them by hand into the CRM, a spreadsheet or the invoicing software. We build workflows that do this on their own: read, understand, extract, write into your systems and ask you only when they are not sure.
We spend a day next to the people doing the work and note what is repetitive, how long it takes and where errors come from. We pick the first 1–3 automations with the biggest payoff.
The AI reads every message, labels it (quote, complaint, invoice, spam), extracts the data and drafts the reply or creates the request in your CRM.
Invoices, delivery notes, contracts, photos of receipts or scanned forms become records in your system, with validation and a human in the loop for uncertain cases.
From existing data, the AI writes the quote on your template, fills in the contract or sums up the week in three paragraphs the owner actually reads.
Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp Business, invoicing software, e-invoicing, Google Sheets, your existing ERP or CRM. The workflow writes into your systems, not into a new platform.
Every AI decision is kept in the history and can be corrected. Your data is not used to train models, and the cost per operation is known from the start.
Fixed price per automation, set after the analysis. A workflow with 1–3 integrations costs between €1,500 and €4,000. AI API usage, usually a few dozen euros a month, is billed separately and transparently.
We tell you what can be automated now with good results and what is not worth it yet.
One day of analysis, then a document with the workflows, integrations, what the AI does and what stays with people, price and timeline.
The first automation runs within 2–4 weeks, at first alongside the manual work so you can compare results.
One month of follow-up after launch: we fix the cases it gets wrong and extend the workflow.

The repetitive ones with clear rules and volume: email triage, taking orders out of messages, entering invoices, writing quotes on a template, weekly reports. For a B2B portal like the one we built for Dribling 67, a workflow would pick up orders arriving by email and create them in the portal, with an operator confirming.
Only the fragments needed for that operation, through business APIs that do not use the data for training. Sensitive data can be anonymised first, and for strict cases we can run models on your own server.
It depends on the process. That is why every workflow has a validation step: when the model is not confident, the request goes to a person. We measure the correction rate in the first month and tune until it is negligible.
No. The automations connect to what you already have: email, WhatsApp, invoicing, spreadsheets, your existing ERP. If a system has no API we find another way (exports, scheduled imports) or tell you honestly that it is not worth it.
A 30-minute call, no strings attached. We tell you honestly what makes sense, what it costs and how long it takes.
