The challenge

EU funding consultancy depends on the calendar: when a measure opens, whoever asks first wins. The site had to answer 'what opens, when and for whom' and turn the question into a quote request during the short window while the session is active.

The solution

We built the site with React, Vite and Tailwind, with a funding session calendar and a page for every measure, with eligibility conditions in plain language. A pre-eligibility form collects the essential data and sends the request to the consultant. Copy is written for the real searches made during sessions.

Technical details

React 19 with Vite and Tailwind 4, built statically and served from the same hosting as the client’s other projects. The form sends data through a PHP endpoint with validation and email notification.
